PAYMENT
- My Knoodle Knits accepts PayPal and Credit Cards.
- Payment for in-stock items must be received within 24 hours or items will be restocked. Failure to pay within this timeframe may cause you to be black listed.
SHIPPING
- We ship via United States Postal Service, First Class and Parcel Post. If you prefer expedited shipping, we can invoice you for upgraded shipping via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. You also have the option to have your items shipped via UPS and FedEx, please contact us for more information and rates.
- We currently ship Domestic U.S., Canada, and International. Please contact us for International shipping rates prior to placing your order. Due to customs requirements, International and Canadian orders may take from 14-30 days to arrive at your destination.
- Items will be shipped to the address on file with Paypal unless otherwise specified.
- Ready-to-Ship and In-stock items will ship within (3) business days of payment clearing through PayPal (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
- Custom orders will ship once they have been completed. Custom orders take anywhere from 7-14 days to complete (on average). During holidays this time period may lengthen, please take this into account prior to placing your order. Please convo us for more information about production and shipping timeframes as they apply to specific items.
- DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Most in-stock items ship within 24-72 hours of payment received. Custom orders take 7-14 days to produce, then an additional 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS for shipping, depending on style, etc. If you require expedited production or shipping contact us BEFORE placing your order.
- If you require a RUSH ORDER or PRIORITY or OVERNIGHT SHIPPING, additional fees will be incurred. RUSH ORDERS will be subject to a $10 fee. Please send us a convo before placing your order, so that we can arrange for a Custom Listing.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please convo us for an exact quote on the price of shipping to your location if you prefer STANDARD shipping, prior to placing your order.
- Note about Lost Packages: All customers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance. While we cannot account for lost packages, My Knoodle Knits will do what we can to ensure that you receive your package. Domestic orders automatically come with tracking information, and we will notify you with this information once your package ships. Unfortunately, for International customers, we cannot account for packages that are shipped outside of the United States and lost in transit. My Knoodle Knits cannot issue refunds for lost parcels, but please contact us immediately if an issue arises.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you've ordered an item and are not 100% satisfied please contact us immediately, prior to leaving feedback.
- We will only accept returns within 48 hours of your receipt of the item, and it must be unwashed and unworn. Your refund will be issued once we receive the item and inspect it.
- There will be no returns or exchanges on custom items as they are made to your specifications. Please measure accurately when purchasing a custom item. If you are not satisfied with your custom order once you receive it, please convo us about a replacement, refund, or other form of accommodation.
- Custom items that are accepted for return or exchange will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. This is determined on a case by case basis.
CUSTOM ORDERS
- Custom orders take anywhere from 7-14 days to complete (on average). We try to have your item completed and ready to ship within that timeframe, although handmade items do take time to create. Please bear in mind that shipping times are in addition to production times. During holidays this time period may lengthen, please take this into account prior to placing your order. Please convo us for more information about production and shipping timeframes as they apply to specific items.

WARNING ABOUT HATS
Hats are not toys! While we make every effort to ensure that our hats are safe for babies and children, we ask that you monitor their use at all times. Small parts, such as tassels and pom poms can come loose and pose a choking hazard. Always inspect your Knoodle Knit before putting it on your child. DIscourage children from chewing on their hat or placing it near their mouth. Excessive abuse can cause the hat to come apart.
